Information we collect
- Contact information: name, mobile phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
- Questionnaire answers: who therapy is for and their general age range, the general reasons you're reaching out, whether someone recommended therapy, how you plan to pay, your insurance plan name, and when you'd like to start.
- Scheduling information: the date and time you choose when you book a call.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the date and time you agreed.
- Technical information: basic data from cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited and the ad or link that brought you to our site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- To check insurance coverage and explain payment options.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages you have agreed to receive.
- To send information about our services, only if you agreed to marketing messages.
- To understand which of our ads and pages are working, so we can improve them.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the types of messages you consented to. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide services, and as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
